OpenJio Opens Up - 2018
Our very first offline engagement! 50 over individuals came together to get to connect with one another based on their interests in specific social issues. The gathering took place at Red Box, and ended with an open mic.

Annual get-together and celebration of Ground Up Initiatives in Singapore - kickstarted by our friends Louis (Praxium) and Sharon (Hatch) last year !

Circuit Breaking on you - 2020
A unique participatory event online as we continue to connect with one another during the covid-19 period.
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, but so often it is that first step that is hardest to take. In the journey towards a kinder and compassionate Singapore, I believe Open Jio plays an important role in nudging our fellow Singaporeans to take that first step. Through the events they curate, they make it easy for people to discover and learn about pressing social issues in Singapore.
Through the community events they facilitate, whether in person or virtually, they are nurturing the hearts and minds of our fellow citizens to become changemakers. I am excited to see what the wonderful humans behind Open Jio will create and look forward to partnering them, as we build towards the Singapore of our dreams, together."
